Accessible roof cover and flashings, gutters and downpipes. Windows, doors and frames. Bathroom, WC and laundry moisture testing and defects to cabinetry, cabinet tops and ceramic tiling.
Timber Pest Inspection From $220
The non-invasive inspection deals with the detection or none detection of timber pest attack and conditions conducive to timber pest attack at the time of inspection. The inspection is limited to the readily accessible areas of the property and is a visual examination of surface work, (Excluding furniture, stored items and the carrying out of tests)
